great pc for you price i guarrentee that you will be happy with your purchase

Buying this desktop has been nothing but a hassle and stressful situation, I'm going to say firstly CHECK YOUR MODEL NUMBERS! I was sent the wrong model (guessing whoever shipped was to lazy to actually check the full model number before sticking a label to it). Anyways I let best buy know and they said no worries we will have UPS pick up the wrong item and send out a replacement well day after UPS picks up the desktop I get a notification saying my replacement was cancelled. I called and after being hung up on multiple times, lied to, transfered to everyone under the sun (at no point was I being rude to anyone for this to occur, I'm guessing they realized they made a mistake and didnt want the hassle of fixing it) I've now been told that I have to go and repurchase the desktop at full price. No credit can be made no were sorry for the mix up. Just good luck on your following order. Absolutely worst experience I have ever encountered! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would!

This was a Christmas gift to my son. computer great. Providers/shippers BAD. Didn't want to wait to have to ship my computer back and wait for it to be fixed or a new one, so I paid 40 bucks out of pocket for it to be fixed. (The wire wasn't plugged into the GPU....) I'm not a computer guy so I don't know these things... It shouldn't have even been a problem to begin with. I thought it was plug and play?? ON TOP OF ALL THAT, when we finally got it to show a picture it say "Administrator account suspend"??? a whole other obstacle we had to hurdle. Should change the name to "DON'TBUY FROM BESTBUY"

I received my order on time and all parts appear to be functioning well
