The Geek Squad installed my new tower and connected it to all my system pieces and transferred data and all in under two hours! The agent was really great and answered all my questions!

I bought the protection plan because my son and his buddies always want to bring their computers to each other s house. He is a teenager and don't trust him to transport it safely.

I bought the geek protection with the computer, but have never had to use it, which is good. I have always had geek squad protection on my equipment and they have never failed me.

being an older person it made sense to have a go to place for tune ups if nesscessary

I always buy the extra protection plan. Its worth it because you never know what can happen in the future. With the protection plan, you don't have to worry.

what can I say?....its a warranty....I hope I never have to use it. based on my previous experience with Best Buy this will turn out fine if I ever need to use it.

Great support if something breaks with the PC, very valuable to have if you aren't super PC savy.

This is very good to have, because like me I have a Pitbull, who is very hyper, so I got it just incase but I do not plan on having to use it I hope!

Glad to find out about this plan! These all in one desktops are prone to tipping over if you try to tip it and look behind for a USB port. Almost had that happen. Will be covered!
