I lost my charger and left it uncharged for like 4 months. Bought a replacement charger from Amazon. It hasn’t worked right since. Went to YouTube and got it to sync and turn on etc… current it will not charge past 40%. My suggestion is to never keep it uncharged as long as I did and don’t lose the charger. I bought Geek Squad so I’ll get it fixed or replaced.

I will always do a warranty with all my purchases… If anything, it extends the warranty that comes with the product and the service that I receive at Best Buy with the geek squad is excellent.

A daily accessory that provides so much useful information! Comfortable for everyday wear and the charge lasts several days. Used primarily to help track menstrual cycle and has been very handy.

I have had the Garmin Epix 2 since it launched in 2020. My only complaint was the battery life due to the Always-On display. Having extra watchfaces and apps all eat into your battery life. I was down to 4 days before needing a charge. The Garmin Epix Pro 51mm solves that issue. I now have 11 days of battery with the Always-On Display. Having the built-in LED flashlight is so handy too. The screen looks sharper but it could be the benefit of the larger screen. The new built-in watchfaces are pretty cool too. If you really want to dress it up, get the Garmin QuickFit 26 Vented Titanium Bracelet in the matching color. Very easy to adjust to size and gives the watch that classic statement piece look.

I'm not going to lie to you, the protection plans are one of the things that keep making me come back to Best buy to purchase my more expensive products. Anytime I've ever had an issue with anything covered by the protection plan they were quick to MAKE IT RIGHT. I've had to use protection plan on two computers, four Samsung watches, and a pair of Bose headphones. In each case Best buy either replaced with the same product or even allowed me to upgrade when the same product was having problems. I know that the value the protection plans can sometimes be extremely expensive on the more pricier products, but trust me... you're very happy you bought it when you need it. As long as Best buy doesn't get too greedy with the protection plan price I will probably continue buying my products from your store.

This 965 is a phanominal watch. It does everything i need for run training. The only issue i have with it is when you download the initial packages for the maps and all, it take all 32 gigs of memory. So downloading music to the watch is almost impossible, if all the map features are there. The fenix 8 is double the capacity so it would be a better watch overall.

So far so good!! I love my Oura ring. I feel like it’s helping me take charge of my health!

Didn't need to use it this time around, but I've used it twice in the past and I am glad I had it! It's a fantastic service to have. My samsung watch just quit working one day. Charged it, went to put it back on and it was off and never turned back on since. I went to the store and they gave me full credit towards another one which I ended up spending a little more and getting the next model up. That was so awesome that I could do that. I figured a watch is something that is with me all the time and accidents do happen. In my case it wasn't even an accident, it just failed. It was still covered.

Never failed me so far so i can confidently say to not pass on this protection. Youll thank me later

Buy the geek squad protection If they cannot fix it.They'll give you a store card to purchase a similar item. Totally worth the money.
