We always buy the protection. We haven’t had to use this particular one but Best Buy is great about no questions asked. Replacing or Fixing insured items.

Purchased this as a gift for a fitness forward individual and he loved it!

I always get this on my electronica devices and have used and never had a problem with him honoring the guarantee.

I never buy from BestBuy without a protection plan or total tech support.

A must have for any Best Buy Purchase. No hassle protection for electronics

Peice of mind knowing that if anything happens it is backed by one of the best warrenties in the industry .

Geek squads protection plan has saved me tons of hassle and money over the years. Just bring it in, exchange it, and go on with your day. 5/7 would recommend again.

I love that whenever if my samsung watch doesn't work anymore, they can replace it with another one

I was able to swap out my wife's plumb colored fit bit after it fell apart and stopped charging. Took a couple of minutes. In and out. I was glad I opted for the plan.

So far so good it seems like it will be a great product if I have to ever use it.

I like that anytime i have had an issue my device was fixed or replaced.

good in general, i prefer to get it because you never know what gonna happen in the future.

This is one of the plans that is actually worth it. it covers any accidental damage and I was just able to easily swap it out for a different one in store same say.

I usually don't buy these plans bcuz as soon as u need them they expire. But since I bought an "out of box" item and, it was much less, I "splurged" for plan B. Lol

The two replacement plan was a real help for me. My band broke on my previous gear s2 watch, I brought it into best buy and upgraded to.the Gear s3 frontier model

This extended warranty is definitely worth the price. Kind of like insurance. Have not needed it yet but if I do it is great knowing my purchase is covered.

My son's watch stopped working. Took it back to the store and it was an easy process to get a replacement. I just got another one from the store that same day.
