Best Buy makes replacing a product with accidental coverage EASY!

I had an issue with my watch ans was replaced with a brand new one, no hassle.

Haven't had to use a protection plan as of yet but I'm sure it'll work as it's supposed to in the past I've had them and they have worked very well I do recommend that if you have someone who will not take care of their product as well as they should they will be happy with the return on it if you get it.

I believe I got this protection plan twice so far and it was well worth it. I brought my mom some Bose ear buds after close to the end year mark the battery life was draining quickly. We went to see if they can do anything about it. They told us since it under protection we can upgrade them to new version Bose ear buds and pay $50 for the difference of value. Which we thought was a pretty good deal since I paid around $180 for them.

Everything is great, but the alert vibration and sound both are week. Apple watch used to wake me up just with alert vibration, but this epix pro gen 2 51mm wont wake you up, need to use phone.

I bought a two year warranty on the watch. Basically Best Buy has worked out fine for me for a few times with other electronics.

For my device, it was worth it. I have gone without this coverage in past and after the second time wishing I had, I finally purchased the coverage. I used it on a watch that was outdated by the time the watch went dead. Best Buy simply refunded 100% of the puchase and I applied that toward a newer version of a watch. I have this coverage on the new watch, fingers crossed I don't have to use it on the newest watch, but it's there if I do.

Always get the extended warranty on expensive purchases!

When I bought my phone I had it for less than 12 hours when I dropped it and broke the screen. Without the accidental protection repairing the screen was more than buying a new phone so now I always buy the accidental protection I learned my lesson.

I fully expected it to be a huge pain based off other reviews. But my experience has been nothing but pleasant. I brought my device in, the determined it was a manufacturer issue, did a swap out, and we've been happy with it since. Such a simple process, and customer service was excellent.

Always but Geek Squad perfection. I had a TV that always broke under geek squad. They fixed it for free various times and eventually let me replace it with a new TV. Since then everything I buy I get the longest warranty available.

I love how professional and sweet Geek Squad is. I’ve been using them off and on for many years with them covering laptops, sound systems, and gaming consoles. I don’t always get their insurance, but I do use it with high ticket items and gifts for others.
