We buy the warranty with everything we buy. I have had very few problems with the warranty. All of our fit bits have a warranty and I wouldn't buy one from anywhere else with out one.

I had to replace my Samsung watch because it wasn’t holding charge. Service was very good and they replaced it without giving me any trouble.

There is new changes to how squad replacement work which starts charging you as early as the return policy of 14 days for some items or 30 or 45 days for other items. It wasn't always like this in the past year. I shop here a lot. I even have their credit card. Keep it like it was before and it would be good.

i wish they had the old plan without the 150 deductible. for broken glass. and give a credit back towards a new plan if you never used it

I highly recommend the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement. It’s easy to create a claim and if replacement is needed, there isn’t a long or stressful process!

Good for those who have bad luck with devices. Geek Squad protection is always easy to use. They stand behind their repair work too.

A firm believer in getting this extra layer of protection when purchasing electronics. You just can't tell when you might need it.

I haven't actually used their service, but the protection plans are incredible. Its painless and easy to get a broken product swapped out.
