Good value and easily used. No problems. no difficulties with using the product

Im giving it 3 stars because at tue time i blourchase the insurance i was told by the worker if for any reason it stopped working i can take it in for money back and 2 years later i took it in they say they dont do money back only replacements so they need train there workers better

have the geek squad plan is a great purchase for those what if this or that happens

Havent had to use it. But allways good to have when buying something expensive.

I think they are good warranty to buy on elctrical item purchases

I always get a warranty with my products. Geek Squad has been useful in troubleshooting and correcting issues

I don't normally purchase protection plans but did this time as my young adult kids have a habit of needing it.
