Great experience with the protection plan! My phone and TV broke within the 5 year plan and they fixed / replaced no questions asked. I always get the protection plan at best buy with every purchase due to the positive experience.

Worth the small pay to replace a defective item immediately! It's a simple process when it comes to small appliances, security cameras, headphones, and controllers. If it breaks or stops working all of a sudden, it will be replaced or refunded back to a store credit with no expiration date.

I get this on all my projects from best buy.But especially my watches, no issues.I file claims before it's a simple process and well worth the money

I had a lot of problems with my Fitbit versa 2 and i wished i had gotten a extended warranty with it. But since i recently got a Galaxy watch 8 i wanted a extended warranty for any repairs it needs within 2 years.

Very good purchase, although it is better to buy the annual membership of Bestbuy.

I changed my TV and bought an LG one, and I'm still using it without any inconvenience. Best Buy handles any issues well.
