Love this service. You feel confident if your watch stops working or not working as ussual they will replace it or even better they let you upgrade the the newest model

my fitbit needed to be replaced because the screen had ripped off from the base unit. I walked in, explained the situation and got a brand new replacement without any hassle. This is the type of warranty you buy for breakable things; warranties done right! A+

When your watch stops working take it to best buy and they will take care of you. Never have issues with this service.

havent had to use it yet fongers crossed wont have to which yea then it would be a waste of money if i never use it but the price isnt that bad and its nice having that added security

I was able to get some setup support after i was unavle to find a specific setting.

I Always take out the protection plan on any purchase.

I'm not usually on board with buying the extra protection, but I got it on the Vivoactive HR watch for my son, which has been a lifesaver--we've had so many issues with the watch, but each time, we bring the watch in and they hand us a brand new one. Easy!

I take advantage of the warranty that I buy. My Fitbit takes a lot of usage by me during my many workouts and sometimes become damaged. Due to having this warranty, it's a seamless process of getting a replacement. Definitely a great price for the warranty!
