Insurance Took care of problem no questions asked & gave me satisfaction that I didn’t have to buys new one at my expense.

I always like to have the insurance on my electronics, better to have it and don't need it than need it and don't have it!

I wasn't given specific details about what exactly is covered with replacement plan but was told it covers a lot. I figured it's worth it if something goes wrong. And if they don't have this model available then I get the newer version. That works for me.

ease of replacement was great since it was a malfunction of design flaw. watchband snapped off cleanly from the watch face.

When my watch overheated, they took care of it and gave me store credit! Can’t be easier!
