Glad I purchase the Geek Squad protection. I had experience without the protection, and now I am worry free for my purchase.

Had to return my initial Fitbit Ionic due to a band issue that would not stay connected. The Ionic is a wonderful product but I would recommend purchasing the warranty as this particular Fitbit is a little pricey and I feel it will get a great deal of use.

I have purchased geek squad accident insurance on several electronics items. My most recent claim was for a fitness wearable tracker. It took about 10 minutes to walk in the store and out with a new replacement. I recommend to family and friends frequently.

I went ahead and purchased the two-year Geek Squad warranty and I am glad I did. The band has split and I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it with a new one. They also helped me make sure that the new one synced to my Fitbit app so I wouldn't lose all my stats.

I always get Geek Squad service. With how high tech these watches are it helps to have the Squad back me up.

Good watch for the price, not as many options as some but worth the price. Good battery life and easy setup with my Apple Watch.

I really love my Samsung galaxy watches I used to have the old fashioned watch and I really enjoyed this one

I think purchasing the protection plan for the Fitbit is well worth it. For me the Fitbit was an investment and since I am quite active while using it I felt it was worth the money to have in covered just incase. So glad bestbuy offered this added protection !!

This item was a Christmas gift and so far no problems. my granddaughter loves it. It has all the features that she wanted. She is very satisfied.

Glad I saw I bought this protection plan. Having to keep gluing the wrist bands onto the watch. Will take it in and get a new wrist band. Watch works great, the wrist band keeping coming off.

I alway get Geek squad protection on all my electronics, its great to know that if my device fails I can get it replaced at my local store without having to ship it and wait weeks like other stores replacement plans.
