I can’t tell you how important it is to buy this protection plan on items you may need to replace! It’s cheaper to buy this then it is to replace an item! I had to have my printer replaced and I had no issues at all!

We buy the added protection on most of our major purchases from Best Buy. It has paid for itself on more than one occasion. The peace of mind it provides makes it a good value.

I always get the accident protections for all my devices. this product is a most have. When u do a claim it is easy and they take care of the item and fix it right away.

We bought this to accompany the purchase of a wrist monitor, specifically for heart rate. It will be worn by a firefighter and we knew the item had to be rugged. But in case it's not, we can get help replacing it by purchasing this plan.

I tell people all the time Geek Squad comes so in handy! You never know what you may drop or spill or what may stop working! I only buy tech stuff, including like carpet cleaners, at best buy because of my GREAT experiences with geek squad!

I had to exchange out my product 4 times because of issues and they last time they let me just get something different since I was having so many problems since it was a known issue from the manufacture. Never gave me a hard time about it.

I went in to exchange my headphones under your warranty and because it was leased under progressive leasing I left with none and because I couldn't use Progressive leasing anymore, I am out of my $250 headphones. I aked for the broke ones back and they would not give them to me. I found out that I had $300 more in warranties I can't use. How about $400 to replace the crap I will never be able to repair

The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement is well worth the cost! We all know that something can go wrong with electronics at any time. I have used the plan for replacement of my Fitbit and they have been great!

My fitness watch stopped working. Went into Best Buy store and was automatically offered option to buy same watch or an upgrade, would just have to pay the difference. I am so glad I bought the Geek Squad Protection. Worth it.

I got protection for my Garmin fitness tracker. It's a good idea having a 2-year warranty on something you wear every day.

This sets up a bit higher on the wrist because of the heart rate monitor. So I was glad that I got the warrantee in coverage in case I hit it on things because I plan on wearing it every day and I wanted to protect my investment
