Fortunately I haven't had to use, but the Geek Squad has been a good buy for me over many years.

Haven't use them for the watch yet. But in the past I have purchased geek squad for my washer and dryer. It's impossible to get to them. When you call best buy it takes you through a phone tree and no one comes after waiting for an hour. Best bet is to chat online. They sent an outside company to check on an electric smell that was coming out of my washer. The guy said they can't do anything about it and best buy will never replace the product as promised when you purchase their big appliances. Waste of money!

Dropped my gear fit 2 and cracked the face. Took it back to Best Buy and it was all taken care of in a matter of minutes.

If your going to get a smart watch, get protection. Most don't seem to last long.

I have not had an opportunity to use it yet with my Fit bit but I've used it before on other products and its great!
