It's great to know that when I will possibly need this service it is already paid for for a replacement watch.

Have had to use the plan several times with an old smartwatch. Super simple return and was able to get a new one same day. I purchase these with everything now!

So I bought a fitbit for my wife after I accidentally step on her old one. After having it for awhile the band broke. Thank goodness I bought this service plan.

Two of us bought the band and both worked great for the first month. One band malfunctioned, stopped syncing, and screen became static. BUT thanks to BB's return policy and Geek Squad, I was able to replace the malfunctioning band with a new one. The new one is working great. Now we have 2 happy MS Band users in our home.

I have had the need to use my geek squad protection in the past and it could not have been simpler. i highly recommend this product to anyone purchasing most anything.

Geek Squad is very helpful I just don't like the fact that they don't give you some information because of your best buy card status. If you need to know something and you have the best buy card they should answer your question

Make sure you get this for any mobile electronics you buy from Best buy. Their return or fix it policy is unmatched.

Purchased the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement and glad I did. It can be replaced for any reason, my band was torn and received a new Fitbit.

Nice warranty for my Galaxy watch and my wife galaxy watch.

I never buy this insurance but I did on this product and when my dog got skunked and the band held on to the smell they replaced the unit immediately.

I love that whenever if my samsung watch doesn't work anymore, they can replace it with another one
