Husband always makes fun of me when I buy a protection plan. I've used them more than once. No problem getting a new watch when mine broke when I fell.

Haven't used it but have in the past on other things works they get it done fast

I always get this on my electronica devices and have used and never had a problem with him honoring the guarantee.

i purchased the guarantee and don't regret it. love that when i go in if something is wrong they assist me and i can get a replacement with out the third degree burn.

I love this item. This has helped me on my way to weight loss and also reminds me about messages that I have. Sinks with my phone very easy. Would buy it again in a heart beat.

I'm really happy I got the insurance for my Fitbit bcos after using a lot starts bubble and band falling apart but with the insurance you get a replacement right away

This money is well spent, I have to take advantage of it with one of my products and was very pleased. They replaced my item without any questions or hassle.

You should always get something to back up a defective product. Just in case. Best Buy has never sold me something that didn't work, but I do like to be prepared.

I'm glad I purchased the warranty because that last watch cracked in half without me dropping it or anything & I was able to replace it without paying additional money.

I haven't had to use this yet for the product I bought this on, but I have used a similar replacement add on like this in the past, which is why I did it again.

The color of the band changed in the water. I took it back to the store and they were wonderful about exchanging it. Well worth getting the accidentail replacement.
