      This is the 2nd one I have had. I will say BB protection plan is good, have had to return twice and they have replaced with no issues

      Tried getting help with an agent but all I got was someone telling me I needed to bring to a store location for support . Only flying to a neighboring island was cheap to do Live on Kauai but Store is located on oahu/honolulu

      The service plan is the smartest purchase for your smart watch. If I have any issue they have been very good to take care of it.
