First time applying for the Geek Squad protection plan but I saw amazing video reviews on YouTube I’ll definitely recommend it.

The geek squad is always polite and very helpful. I've never been made to feel stupid or inferior because I had a question or a problem with a device or something else I bought from the Best Buy.

I was told by the young skinny kid who finally stuck his head out from the back that they were WAY TOO BUSY to assist me with my fitbit but immediately looked to a young woman & totally ignored me afterwards.

They were able to fix my laptop when no one else could! They finished the repairs in a very reasonable timeframe.

I bought this for my wife new samsung watch. I think is a must and they will respond promptly

Went to exchange an item I had did all the troubleshooting so thankfully they realized they said everything I did is what they would have done they recommended I exchange it in order to keep my protection plan and not utilize it for something that they knew I already took care of.

Great experience with the protection plan! My phone and TV broke within the 5 year plan and they fixed / replaced no questions asked. I always get the protection plan at best buy with every purchase due to the positive experience.
