This is a great service. Since I’m an older Adult it’s better that I have something like this because I have no idea what’s wrong with anything when some thing does go wrong.

Best thing to buy! I was a little worried buying a refurbished smartwatch but when Best Buy offered the Geek Squad warranty i knew it was a great buy to get them together.

Smartwatches can vary in quality with its furst gen, so after some research I opted for acquiring the geek squad protection, in case my smartwatch gives out I know I can easily get a replacement.

Depending of what electronic I purchase, I do buy an extended warranty with best buy, just as a piece of mind. If you'll invest your money into a gadget or an item you wish, protecting that is always the best option.

For the price this is a great warranty if you think there is a chance the product you put it on could be damaged. I have it on all my wife and mine fitness trackers and feel better about wearing them to work and whatnot.

When my watch broke, Geek Squad instantly accepted my broken watch and led me to replacing it for no extra charge. Of course, unless I wanted something more of cost, I only needed to pay the difference. Highly recommend.

I love this service that Best Buy has for all its products. I recommend it if you want to keep the value of the products that apply for that. I have put it in all my purchases from Camera and lens, Smart TV and Samsung gear 3

This is great protection. Especially for a wearable device like a Fitbit with the potential for damage. I have had to use the policy to get a replacement when the Fitbit got snagged and the band was damaged. Geek Squad replaced it no questions.

I don't know why anyone would ever by an item and not get the Best Buy warranty...? I've had items replaced that have stopped working and I've had items that I didn't use the warranty for I would much rather be protected though...

I'm so happy I purchased this for my Charge 2. I'm already on my 3rd one in less than a year. Especially for the work I do, having a replacement option made sense on this item. In store exchanges have been so painless. I'm very happy

Accidents happen and items can break. I highly recommend purchasing the protection. I've used it in the past and it's a hassle free program. Matter of fact I used it for this watch as my previous one (older model) had the band break.

So glad i had the geek squad extra protection, as my first two smart watches failed me, and were replaced, no questins asked. So when i bouggt my new watch, i continued my coverage.
