I bought my daughter's UP2 a month ago. Got the warranty because these things are notoriously short-lived. It wouldn't hold a charge after 3 weeks. Went to get a replacement tonight. Told they weren't restocking Jawbone products. None in display; one in back in different color. Wouldn't write down the one on hand and give it to us because it was a different SKU. Had to order it in the same color and now wait almost 2 weeks to receive it. Knowing that they won't be carrying it in the future and they will only credit me for the sale price of the product (not its current price) unless I get the IDENTICAL item really reduces the value of the "replacement" warranty. Given that they're discontinuing carrying these, how hard would it have been to just give it to us in the other color?

My watch stopped working after a year and unfortunately couldn't be fixed. Luckily this coverage allowed me to return the watch for a full refund that I used toward a new one with no hassle at all.

My 2 tb xbox was sent for damaged charging port and came back as to they could not fix and had to get the 1tb xbox with a 1tb memory to make up for the 2tb. I wanted my original back and they refused to send back to me and I had to settle for original 1tb xbox. The 2tb was a special edition and they kept it. Will not get geek squad again I rather get it fixed o. My own accord if they cant replace nor return the original.

As I purchased this Fitbit Alta for my mother the associate offered this protection plan for only $30. I've never purchased a protection plan on anything including cellphones but for that low one time price it covers damage and loss. That's too good to pass up so you can exercise with it and wear it 24/7 without the worry of scratches or breaking it.

My wife has broken 2 smartwatches and both time they replaced them no questions asked well worth the small price to be covered

I always buy the Geek squad protection on my electronics and I cannot say I have been disappointed. I have only used it a couple of times out of the dozens of times I have bought it, and worth every penny of it. Easy to use, great service, good prices compared to buying a new item thats for sure. Don't hesitate, BUY IT!

Geek squad has the best service I have from a technical perspective

If you are looking for a smart watch with a lot of bells and whistles this is a great choice. I had the first generation which was great but this new one is a lot better. Lots of cool watch faces, good games and nostalgia keyboard (good old keypad gotta hit '7' four times to get an 's').

I had this coverage on my iPhone two years ago. I got it because it was less expensive than my phone carrier's protection plan, AND it covered more situations, such as water damage and if it was stolen. Fortunately I never had to use the protection, but it was nice knowing it was available.

Always have the accidental GS protection plan on my devices

I have had my Fitbit blaze for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! I wear it everyday and it motivates me to get to my goal everyday. Once you feel your watch vibrate that means you e reached 10k steps. I've monitored it to make sure I liked it and it's by far the best one yet.

Smart money for a smart watch. They fix or replace the watch if it breaks.

It is a great option to add to you electronics. I am not sure why it is so high though.
