Replaced my Garmin watch same day. Can’t ask for more.

My watch broke nd it replaced immediately. I just had to pay for nowhere warranty on exchanged product. Sved me alot of money.

Having the product replacement has been wonderful for me. Something has always happened to my fitbit. If I didn't have the warranty, I would be paying full price to replace.

I stand behind the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement plan! In fact I have never purchased a product from Bestbuy without adding the security that this plan offers!!!

So glad I purchased geek squad for my Fitbit, washed it a couple of times took it back and exchanged it for a different one. No questions asked and was easily replaced.

My wrist band broke at the watch and could not be easily repaired. The lady at Customer Service said "No problem, pick out another watch". Just like that I got a new watch.

My Charge 2 crystal cracked, without the protection plan I would have had to replace the Charge 2 at my cost. However, with the protection plan it was replaced right away.

Hopefully I won't have to use it, but even if I do, I know from past experiences that Geek Squad will take care of me

The geek squad specialist helped me understand my galaxy 3 watch. He also connected my z locks to my Samsung hub

highly recommend getting this for products in Best buy. I replaced a few devices already and no questions asked.

I'm in love with this watch, it's worth every penny. Especially the waterproof.
