I purchased the fitbit alta after my first fitbit charge gave out. I like the new thinner look it has compared to the charge. It is lacking the floor count the charge has but is overall a great buy.

Open box excellent, what i got was just the watch thrown in a big box nothing else, no orginal packaging, no power cord ..Definitely not as advertised i went to the store basicly was told i got a good deal and refused to give me the charge cord that it should of come with, one manger was great and did try the other well not so great...you are taking a chance with open box and their badicly false advertising

The service agents come on time though it would be good if it were easier to get the right tech department a little quicker when scheduling.

This is a great basic activity tracker. The sleep tracker is nice and the sleep alert is a great reminder. If you are moderately active, get the protection plan. You will probably use it.

While i was at the store they strongly suggested to buy the warranty for my fitbit watch just incase anything goes wrong it will be covered for 2 year for manufacture defects or if it get beat up.

Best Buy geek squad is awesome. They have replaced my broken wristband with no problem.
