The 2 year protection was thoroughly explained when offered. The service representative was helpful and did not pressure me to write it.

I love my Bose Sleep Buds and have yet to have a major issue with them; however, they have already become an integral part of my night life and I would be completely distraught if I had to go a night without them. Since life is unpredictable, I got the service plan. Why? Because when something goes wrong, I won't have to contact Bose and play the repair/exchange game with them. Instead, I can just go to Best Buy, get them replaced, and not have to face a night without them!

I am very rough on my items not purposefully just comes with the job. Ive never had issues getting items fixed or replaced always been hassle free. The squad in destin has always been a good group of people to work with.

Best warranty I have ever had the pleasure of getting. You have two years to Swap out or return for a full refund on the product. Really gives you the comfort of getting something and not worrying about it breaking in the first year. You can really test out the product.

I've taken my computers to have them cleaned and they did a phenomenal job each time, not to mention with a computer that was 2013 old. One computer I forgot the passcode and they were still able to bypass it and get it cleaned for me. Smartwatch failed one month before the warranty expired so I returned the watch to Best Buy and was given store credit for what I spent on the watch original. No hassle quick easy return. I used that credit to purchase a new watch and an additional service plan for that one.

This is a great thing to have. Ive used it on other items they take it back with no questions asked and give you a new one or repair the one you got. Mainly give you a new one tho

I had the misfortune that my watch 4 had a broken battery and I took it to have the warranty validated and without any objections they returned my money for what the watch cost me.

I purchased the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement on my Samsung Gear Fit2. I have not used it on this particular product, but have purchased the same 2-year replacement on other products purchased from Best Buy and on one occasion, Best Buy replaced an item that could not be repaired. No hassle. They stood behind their product replacement. I would recommend seriously considering the small cost of the product replacement, depending upon the item, the use of the item, and the cost of the item.
