Because I knew this fitbit would get some heavy use, I purchased the replacement policy. Bonus...the cashier took care of all the sign up right at the register.

We always buy the protection. We haven’t had to use this particular one but Best Buy is great about no questions asked. Replacing or Fixing insured items.

I always get this on my electronica devices and have used and never had a problem with him honoring the guarantee.

I like that anytime i have had an issue my device was fixed or replaced.

So far so good it seems like it will be a great product if I have to ever use it.

I love that whenever if my samsung watch doesn't work anymore, they can replace it with another one

I really like the geek protection plans. Best Buy really has a good warranty program. I recommend everyone

Geek squads protection plan has saved me tons of hassle and money over the years. Just bring it in, exchange it, and go on with your day. 5/7 would recommend again.

I was able to swap out my wife's plumb colored fit bit after it fell apart and stopped charging. Took a couple of minutes. In and out. I was glad I opted for the plan.

This is one of the plans that is actually worth it. it covers any accidental damage and I was just able to easily swap it out for a different one in store same say.

I usually don't buy these plans bcuz as soon as u need them they expire. But since I bought an "out of box" item and, it was much less, I "splurged" for plan B. Lol

You always need a protection when it comes to buying something expensive.
