Was a little skeptical at first, but after cleaning my entire house with this vacuum, I am not disappointed at all. battery lasted through the whole job with 5% left. Incredible product overall! I can rest easy that with Geek squad insurance, if my product need a repair. Geek squad will fix or replace if need be!

My LG washer/dryer seems to be doing great so when my Dyson handheld died, I decided I would give them a chance. Glad I did. This has so much more power, features, battery life than the Dyson did. I was expecting it to replace my handheld but now I find myself using this a replacement to my heavy full size! Great for stairs and pulling things from the edges and corners.

We used out protection we purchased to replace a Dyson that stopped working as intended. This was a super easy process and worth the money, in my opinion.

piece of mind, you never know when it goes out, or breaks. your gonna sit there with a straight face and tell me that you know how to fix vacuums. yea sure buddy, just buy this and forget you even got it, that way when it does break and you hit up your local best buy they suprise you with a fresh vacuume because you purchase the 3 year accidental geek squad protection boi!!!!

After years of buying cheaper products, having to repurchase a vacuum every other year, i finally decided to give the dyson a try and see what the hype is about….. well it exceeded my expectations. I actually like vacuuming now. And, it picked up kore than my other vacuums ever did!! I hate i waited so long!!!!

For items that are super expensive, I always get the Geek Squad protection. If they can not fix a broken item, they promptly refund the purchase price so you can replace it. They are not the quickest, but they are reliable.

Haven't had the need yet to use the protection plan but like the fact they have a 3 year protection plan for a good price

I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad protection service on all of my devices because I know just the time that I don't have it, is when I will need it most. Get the service. I have needed to use it more than once and all of the employees are always so helpful and work so hard to fix whatever my problem is

Luckily I have not had to use my Geek Squad protection on my purchase. But from past experience I have used Geek Squad on other Best Buy purchases. I will never make a purchase without buying Geek Squad protection. The security and protection can’t be beat for the price. Geek Squad was very reliable and print and resolved my issue for another product.
