Excellent option, I will Advise to purchase Geek Squad Protection for every item you buy at BB

Got a nice Shark vac and bought the 3-year Best Buy warranty- even though it comes with a 5yr from the manufacturer. After about a year and a half the unit just quit working, so we brought it back to BB and they just gave us a new unit- NO QUESTIONS ASKED! GREAT SERVICE!

Best Buy is the only company lace I always get the geek squad warrenty. You don’t have to find your reicete or an old policy you can’t find. You make an appointment go see the geek guys and bam it’s either fixed or they credit your account for everything including the geek warrenty and you just go to the store and get a new one

I always purchase the warranties because Best Buy has a hassle free policy. I never have a problem returning, replacing or being refunded for a product I buy the warranty for

you would think for the price, the vacuum should last forever, but like everything, they do break. I have had to use my warranty twice and it was simple to execute. I just took the vacuum to the store and they replaced it on the spot.

This works perfectly but there was an issue with it. It was already defected and a brand new one that I just got. It has four different attachments and it was hard to connect together like it would get stuck. If I wanted to change attachments I have to force it out.

I highly recommend purchasing the warranty every time you buy a Dyson product. I have been buying Dyson products for years and so far two out of the seven devices that I have purchased have giving me issue. however with the warranty you get your device replaced for a brand new one. The only catch is that you have to rebuy the warranty every time you use it but in my opinion it’s worth it especially since Dyson products are very expensive definitely Worth the money.

I purchased this protection package based on the Geek Squad brand. I trust that if there are issues, Geek Squad will honor them. I have not used this service for the purchased device yet.

This protection plan was used to replace a vacuum that had gone bad. Employee helped me out big time! Got me a better vacuum I liked much more because the one I was trying to replace wasn't being sold anymore. I love my new vacuum so much more than my older one. Thanks so much Best Buy/Geek Squad!

What a convenient service. Any problems with a product you can exchange for another one. Its reassuring for a expensive product

All I can tell you is that you should get the production when offered. The way companies cut corners on production; you never know when you need the back up. They are always there to help.

Good product, this is the fifth Roomba I have bought. Two for myself and 3 as gits. Everyone happy with this product.

Fantastic vacuum. Came from a Shark which died within a year. Could not be happier with the suction power of the Dyson along with the light weight handling it has.

Used it in the past and it’s amazing! They will replace if you can’t fix! Worth the money! Plus you get the next step up!

Great for what it is! Bought the protection for my Dyson vacuum and was helpful to have when Dyson was not able to promptly provide a solution with their products.
