Love GS Extended Warranty plans. My $200+ went after 3.5 years and the switch around was SUPER EASY!!!! Definitely worth the tiny bit of extra money in case you, or a family member breaks the appliance.

Geek Squad service is an easy Yes for me. We have had countless concerns iver the years that they have solved, always professionally. The delivery service has been great as well, even with various contractors coming in. I wont go without!

I have owned this for a couple of years and although it's a little power house battery seems to be wearing down, Charge goes from 3 to 2 in a few minutes so will see if geek squad can assist me with protection plan. I would like a new one with a fresh battery. Great for spot cleaning so hoping it's replaceable.

purchased the Geek Squad Protection for my Animal Ball 2 vacuum and drive motor broke in less than a year. Completely replaced the vacuum with a new one, no hassle. Only complaint, had to repurchase protection for the new vacuum-- remainder of protection plan does not roll over. The new plan was more expensive for less time.

The geek squads warranties are the best. I got a Dyson vacuum 3 years ago and I took it back to get it fix and they give me a new vacuum. They always have available appointments and are very fast.

Great suction for such a small device. I only wish that the device were a little more ergonomic (the location of the on button lends to accidentally pressing while operating the device). This device was perfect for vacuuming my stairs and couches.
