Best vacuum I've ever used. Comes with so many attachments and gets everywhere that i other one couldnt.

Works really good especially with pet hair. The self cleaning function is such a great bonus .

I had this warranty for a black and decker hand vacuum that was 2 years old and stopped working due to faulty lithium battery. I went in to exchange for a new one but it wasn’t in stock anymore so they gave me a full refund! The customer service staff were super friendly and fast!

We are really happy with this program, they are really good, kind and always whiling to help.

The 5 year product replacement on a vacuum cleaner paid off for me. When the cord head broke accidentally, I just took the vac to my Best Buy store, and they gave me a new one. No boxing it up and mailing or shipping it to the manufacturer, and no claim forms to fill out. Sweet!

Has been the best purchase! I have pups so it’s excellent if you have dogs or other pets!!!

What can I say? The Geek Squad is always there if and when we need them. Everyone is extremely knowledgable and wonderful to work with. We just purchased a grill and the service for delivery & set up was A+. I would definitely recommend.

If you buy big ticket items you know can possibly ware down or break, then you should really really really consider getting this added insurance. Worth it.

I always protect my purchases in the event something happens to it.

I always get the warranty for any investment purchase I make. It’s not that much when you think about it, and saves you a ton of money if your purchase stops working had you not purchased the warranty.

I purchased this warranty because of the price of the irobot vacuum. Its good to have peace of mind should something go wrong. Geek Squad has always come thru with repair of any prior purchase, so no doubt with this one. Additionally, always helpful if I have a question.

The guys are great. Made my move so easy. Mounted tvs, set up our new tv. They are the best.

Depending on the item my husband and I always get the extra protection especially if it’s a wear and tear item and know it has potential to break or wear out quicker than usual. I also like that you go directly back to bestbuy and don’t have to deal with the MFG of the item!
