Pretty powerful vacuum. I wish it was easier to replace the brush head but overall good vac.

This is great but wish I would have received something hard or soft copy to give to my daughter in law which is who I bought it for as Christmas gift

These guys make everything so much better! They are professional and very knowledgeable! They make any warranty issues easy as pie!

Have had it maybe a year or less and I havent used it in months. Truly a waste of money. It is very heavy and bulky, the container for the water and solution is super small. It is so gross cleaning out the receptacle if you use the steam part. The only brush that works decently is the pet brush. It does not get anything in the corners. I feel like it pushes the dirt away with the fan instead of sucking it up.

Overall, this is a really good vacuum but the downside to this is the battery. They really need to figure out the situation with the battery to me. I feel like it’s not worth the money if you can only vacuum for no more than 30 minutes before you have to recharge the battery

The protection plan is definitely worth the money in my opinion, I had an issue with my original vacuum after the manufacture warranty was up and Best Buy replaced it with no issue.

Purchased this warranty on the vacuum that we purchased (a Dyson). The vacuum was almost $500 so I figured accidental protection was a necessity. I have used Geek Squad in the past which is why I continue to purchase all of my items from Best Buy because they generally have really great service. I haven't used this protection plan yet, however I presume that I will get great service if I do need to use it in the future.

You can’t always trust the manufacturer’s warranty. It’s usually a long process of waiting, sending product in, waiting for delivery, etc.. You might as well pay for the extra warranty and let Best Buy handle it!

I definitely suggest purchasing Geek Squad protection on any device you would not want to replace out of pocket. I had an issue with my steam mop and these guys quickly swapped it out with a new in box item. No issues and worth the $70 extra dollars.

Getting a geek squad guarantee is always necessary to use them with no concerns.

An amazing service and I have used this particular service multiple times through my many years being a Best Buy customer. It is worth it every time I purchase a new item to always have that piece of mind knowing great buy is backing my purchase.

Sheeeeesh! On a 600 dollar item, might be a good idea to protect it! Grab Geek Squad when you purchase so you’re not left with broken merchandise 2 years after u buy it!

It keeps the carpet clean, it does have to be cleaned right away, if not, it will leave a lingering smell

Our two year old iRobot needed work, and the Geek squad said that the parts weren’t available. After some discussion with BestBuy they gave us a new one.

Now we don’t have to fear the reviews that state that this vacuum is sometimes unreliable.
