Had to use the warranty for a vacuum that died. It was an easy process. Simply grab another and leave. Always get the warranty!!

Geek Squad Protection has helped us a number of times when A product has had a problem and needed to be replaced. A worthwhile $$ spent to ensure the product lasts as long as you need it to.

I haven't had to use it yet for this purchase BUT I've used it in the past for other purchases. They are so nice and easy to work with when you have a problem. I usually always purchase Geek Squad because of the great service.

For the money, the added protection is worth it. Nice to have this protection and since customer service at Best Buy is the finest ANYWHERE, knowing that if a product breaks the problem will be solved quickly is very important.

It’s alway a good idea to buy extended warranties, as u never know when a device will quit working. I’ve had to use them many times and I’ve never had a problem getting my money back to buy a new item.

It was great as in it replaced a broken vacuum right away no hassle. Just know a 5yr plan is not transferred to the new one and it can only be used once. It's not as many times as needed in five yrs.

If you have had your vacuum now for 3+ years, do yourself a favor and get this and you’ll thank you later.

5 stars as I've just purchased this protection plan and have not needed to use it to date. I have a feeling it will come in very handy as I'm not at all thrilled with the product that I've purchased the plan for.

Worth it to have 2 years of protection for my iRobot.

Great coverage. It’s just great to have protection against issues with products. Any time I haven’t bought it something has gone wrong so i typically always buy protection plans just saves me from headaches

The vacuum worked amazing for the first two years, after that the battery was noticeably less powerful, I would recommend getting the protection plan.

I purchased the warranty because I always like to have the security of not worrying if my children want to help me there won’t be problem. The price of the warranty was such a good price I couldn’t pass it up!

Would not hesitate buying again for my iRobot. Robot failed but Geek Squad took care of. No problems or hassles. Would only purchase on mechanical electronics. Not sure if would by for tv, maybe expensive one.

Does an amazing job on floors. Downside, no attachments to use in grout, windows, and garments. We got this because vacuum mop feature, but without attachments it's not worth the costs compared to other steam mops.

It does really work but I’m returning it just cause for me it’s faster just to sweep and dry mop by hand. Also I don’t have the space for it. It can take almost a full day to do 1 room. I wonder if it just keeps going until it needs to go back to the charging dock. So it will keep going even after the floor looks clean.

Easy process of the exchange. I recommend purchasing the extra protection for all my electronics and household items.

Definitely get this plan. It is so worth the low cost of it. Anything that goes wrong with your equipment, for instance this vacuum I just purchased, I will bring it back and get a new one. It’s the best warranty out there!

This is a very good vacuum with very strong section I love the vacuum it is a little on the heavier side but I love how strong the section is, I got the warranty just in case haven’t had any problems yet
