Hopefully I will never have to use this, however an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

Had to swap out a robot vacuum since it was not workin correctly. Was able to do so quickly and easily.

This is a necessary protection plan, a must have for this type of purchase.
