Love this vacuum cleaner especially since we have a Siberian Husky that’s actually the same dog on outside of the vacumm cleaner box

I love my vacuum cleaner You have not cleaned your floors properly until you've cleaned with a dyson. It was so affordable. I also love the color selection. When it b broke geek squad offered a better one and my money back towards a new better one.

So grateful I bought this! My Tineco Floor One S3 (had for almost 2 years) broke & thanks to geek squad I got a full refund/store credit! Will never buy another item without protection

Seems like a good value, but we have not had to use it yet. Hopefully we never have to use it.

I have been using the geek squad protection plan for a very long time now. They never let you down, and it's the reason that I only buy my electronics here.

Coming from someone who always passed up protection plans I purchase plans on everything I buy now. Any issues you may have with something Best Buy takes care of you with either full replacement value or repair no questions asked. Thank you Best Buy!!

When i return my electronic to get fix they respond quickly as it say. They look for every detail of the problem which for me it's important.

If you are buying a >500 or more Best Buy product, you should buy the geek squad insurance in order to enjoy it with the secureness of having a back-up in the case something goes wrong.

Haven't had to use this plan yet, but Best Buy's protection plans are the best. I always purchase them. They are easy to use, I don't have to register my products. If my covered item breaks, I just take it back to the store, they use my phone number to look up my account, and the product is replaced. Love it.

I love my dyson, thus model Is super lightweight and great for hardwood floors but make sure you get the protection plan because my last one stopped working they sometimes get clogged and are hard to clean

purchased geek squad protection for dyson vacuum-- the drive train motor broke and Best Buy replaced with a new model with no issues. Only complaint: once you get the replacement the new product is no longer covered and you need to purchase another plan (the cost went up and was for less duration)

Worth every penny. Don’t get left with a busted new(ish) item. This put my mind at ease knowing that if something happens than I’ll be covered

Israel was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He mounted the device and then showed me how to work it.

Haven't had to use this yet except brought our vacuum in once and they just told us to clean it better to keep the pieces from getting stuck. We buy protection for most items and have had to use it several times for replacement and its an easy process.
