When product stopped working, the geek squad protection plan was there to rwfund my amount because they were out of the brand name product I used.

Havent had to use this service, but nice to know we have it. Just in case. Since we hadnt had a vacuum broom before, i wasnt sure about the quality of it. I thought it would be a good way to protect us from costly repairs, if they were needed.

Easy replacement if unable to fix. Fast but efficient service. Great at explaining repairs needed before they actually worked on it

Great product. This was the best gift for us for this Christmas. The first product we bought was defective. Best buy changed that without questioning anything. The only problem with it is that my little cat does not like it. This product is worth buying.

Geek Squad is a must, saved me from buying a new replacement wet-vacuum. Was able to get a replacement and just had to pay for another geek squad protection plan. I always get it, you should too.

Geek Squad! I have tried them once with a TV that failed and they paid every penny I have paid. I always recommend their protection plan even if you are not sure if you gonna need it

I definitely suggest purchasing Geek Squad protection on any device you would not want to replace out of pocket. I had an issue with my steam mop and these guys quickly swapped it out with a new in box item. No issues and worth the $70 extra dollars.

Protection is easy to use and claim. No hassle at all and always a positive interaction with customer service.

This covered everything we needed in case problems should arise. A lot can go wrong with vacuums that's why it's better to be safe than sorry. Cheaper than your average repair too!
