Great vacuum cleaner offering reliability and agility to get to the most inconvenient locations. Though this is my 3rd vacuum of this brand(the 1st one a wheel fell off, and the 2nd would no longer turn on, both malfunctions occuring within 2 years of daily use) i would most def purchase a warranty. There's nothing to review. It's a protection plan. I guess if I really had to say something about it is that if my Dyson vacuum breaks within the next 3 years, I have this protection which means BB replaces it for nothing or gives me another one or something similar of equal or lesser value. No need to return the box or a receipt. Just give them the broken down piece of plastic and get a new one. It's worth the $69 I spent on it. At least I think that's what it cost me...

Best purchase you can make when purchasing an appliance! I recently had a Shark vacuum die on me and took it in to have it serviced in-store, they were unable to repair it as it's a model that shark no longer makes so I was refunded the full amount I had paid. It was a quick and easy, no hassle experience. I'll keep making future appliance purchases through Best Buy as long as they keep up the great customer service.

I bought this accidental for my very expensive vacuum and I'm glad I did. Manufactures are making things to last less and less. It was so easy to replace my vacuum that was out of manufacturer warranty.

We have a tri-level home with an open floor plan. Having 4 kids and pets, I was constantly struggling to keep up with the crumbs, spills and dirt tracked in. Heaven has been a lifesaver. No more plugging and unplugging from room to room and winding up the cord to go upstairs and down. I just grab and go. They even use it in the car. It works great. We did have a good clogged up and it started making a very loud noise but it was pretty easy to remedy. Overall on. Very satisfied

Great vacuum. Easy to use and clean. Much better than the two dysons I had to return.

Make Sure to always ante up on the protection plan max years as possible. Ive been purchasing both for year's. So lets do the Math. In the lat 18 years, Ive had a toral of 6 Vacuums at $169 per unit in addition to the protection plan at the price of $38 equals up to $207. So consumers listen, a spent a grand total of $435 for Vacuum usage for my residence in the last 18 years. Its the Best Buy that money can buy!

Love this vacuum cleaner! At first my husband and I were skeptical using it the first few days, mostly because we were used to the heaviness of a traditional vacuum. Purchased the Best Buy Geek Squad protection for our Dyson V10 after Dyson was having a several month delay in replacing the part within the year’s warranty timeframe. It was easy enough to bring the product in to Best Buy and do an even exchange since our product part died on us within a short 2 month window.
