I always get protection plans for anything i buy from Best Buy. I love that you can use the protection plan with out them giving you any excuses.

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

It is good to have Geek Squad protections for most electronics I purchased a Bestbuy, never had an issue when returning them if needed & applicable.

Geek squad insurance is what you would expect, easy exchange when something goes wrong with the product. It may appear expensive at first but when some breaks it feels cheap on the return side of the transaction.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection. They have always been so helpful and it gives me a piece of mind knowing my devise(s) are protected
