There are some things I won't purchase without Extended protection. Many times the protection has paid for itself. The new battery operated devices can malfunction and with this protection they either fix it or replace it.

Definitely worth it. Our Dyson V10 after two years would not hold the charge. I brought it to Best Buy and because of the warranty they either offered to replace it or store credit. Awesome.

I bought the vacumm cleaner so i had to protect it because the last vacumm i got , stop working after a month.

Does an amazing job on floors. Downside, no attachments to use in grout, windows, and garments. We got this because vacuum mop feature, but without attachments it's not worth the costs compared to other steam mops.

I haven't had to use it yet for this purchase BUT I've used it in the past for other purchases. They are so nice and easy to work with when you have a problem. I usually always purchase Geek Squad because of the great service.

I buy the on only a few devices. I buy them for my vacuum robots with dog poop a potential issue. I did have to use it for my last robot as it simply stopped responding/ working about a week before the protection expired. They replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Totally worth it for devices at risk.

For the money, the added protection is worth it. Nice to have this protection and since customer service at Best Buy is the finest ANYWHERE, knowing that if a product breaks the problem will be solved quickly is very important.

It’s alway a good idea to buy extended warranties, as u never know when a device will quit working. I’ve had to use them many times and I’ve never had a problem getting my money back to buy a new item.

5 stars as I've just purchased this protection plan and have not needed to use it to date. I have a feeling it will come in very handy as I'm not at all thrilled with the product that I've purchased the plan for.

I like The display allows me to see the battery usage, allowing me to better plan my cleaning time. Very good!

Easy to deal with. With the coverage you are given, it's hard to not buy it.

Geek squad is very helpful in making sure if my product fails, they assist in repairing or replacing.
