Returned my 6 month old dyson vacuum. It broke - the machine started sputtering. No questions asked. They took it back and gave me a new one.

Always buy the warranty it comes in handy when something is wrong with the product.

Suck up liquids great and so & so on floor rug. Easy to maneuver ,has floor clean as pose to. I recommended.

The geek squad tried to say some dirt on the vacuum sent for repair was a bio hazard. I had to have a very stern conversation with the store manager. I had to have it professionally cleaned before they would look at it. Watch for this on repairs,they have even done the same thing on computers. I finally got money to buy another one. I just don’t trust the geek squad anymore.

I almost always buy Geek squad warranty. I've had items go bad at regular warranties end and won't get caught like that again. Worth every penny.
