A month later, my Shark hydrovac broke down. I went to Best Buy, and they replaced it but canceled my protection plan. Their argument was that it had already been used and that I need to buy another protection plan. A huge scam. No one should ever have to go through this

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this thing is great until it isn't. the dustbin does not seat properly, hair and dirt start building up between the vacuum and dustbin and the empty cycle doesn't clear it. within 2 days it is so clogged that it doesn't actually vacuum anymore. geek squad is useless, they got it 2 days ago and sent it back because they "cant replicate the issue" I'm going to send it back until the shipping charges make it more profitable for them to actually fix it or send me a new one.

I was going back and forth a little slower than a vaccuum. When I went over it. the machine became much louder. Something happened underneath like more air is coming through some where. The roller stopped. The solution had plenty left and the fill tank was still almost empty. This is my first use. I had it shipped to another state where i was moving to. And it is past my return time by 10 days.
