I’ve had the 5‑year Geek Squad Accidental Protection on my vacuum, and it has been absolutely worth it. Over the years, I’ve had to swap out my vacuum a couple of times—once because the tank cracked and another time because the seals stopped working. Each time, the process was seamless. The associate who helped me during my most recent visit was awesome. He answered all my questions, walked me through my options, and made sure I found the right replacement that was fully covered under my protection plan. There was no hassle, no pushback, and no confusion—just straightforward help from someone who clearly knew what they were doing. If you’re on the fence about the Geek Squad protection plans, my experience has been nothing but positive. The coverage paid for itself multiple times, and the customer service made the whole process stress‑free.

I told everyone I don't care what the item costs. Get the accidental coverage you never know. Then you're going to sit there. Complaining that Best buy didn't take your returned item or your damage item when it went past. It's it's return policy and it went past it's manufacturer recovery policy so don't blame Best buy buy the coverage by the coverage. This coverage will replace your item. If they don't have your item, they'll give you the money back that you spent for it and you can use it to buy an alternative. If you have a controller from PlayStation which we know they drift Best buy will cover it and you can get a new one. Vacuums that leak. Guess what? I had it for a year and it was covered on the Best buy and guess what? All three times I purchased a protection plan and was issued a refund of my full amount minus the protection plan amount and it paid for itself.

I like it! It is heavy, like other reviews has said. It also pulls on you, the brush spins on it's own so it's kinda like a lawnmower that goes by itself so you have to use muscle to keep it in place. Also does not leave vacuum lines. Some people might like that it doesn't, I kinda prefer the vacuum lines because how else are you gonna know that I vacuumed? Other than that though, the suction is good and I feel like my carpet is getting a good clean.

I do recommend getting the insurance on this type of device. I clean a lot and once my vacuum started to stop working on me I got it replaced and offered to add Geek Squad insurance again on my new device. And then of course it happened again but this time my vacuum was not being sold anymore and new designs came out. I received value what I paid for my vacuum and paid only a little extra for a different model plus new insurance on this new model since I had credit from my old vacuum they didn't carry anymore. I love the new product even more.

Did have a misunderstanding with one of the geek squad representatives who was not explaining how the insurance worked properly, but management stepped in and really explained everything to me thoroughly conveniently and was very much appreciated

The protection plan available is great. Any time we’ve ever had an issue, the customer service was very helpful and quick on getting back to us.

I absolutely adore it. A couple of years ago, I purchased an expensive vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, it stopped working, and I replaced it with another vacuum cleaner of the same price.
