Over the years, I’ve had to swap out my vacuum a couple of times—once because the tank cracked and another time because the seals stopped working. Each time, the process was seamless. The associate who helped me during my most recent visit was awesome. He answered all my questions, walked me through my options, and made sure I found the right replacement that was fully covered under my protection plan. There was no hassle, no pushback, and no confusion—just straightforward help from someone who clearly knew what they were doing. If you’re on the fence about the Geek Squad protection plans, my experience has been nothing but positive. The coverage paid for itself multiple times, and the customer service made the whole process stress‑free.
