5 year accidental Protection always on everything.. The Pretty much just replace it not need to go though teh company

It has a pretty long cord to i was able to reach down my stairs and pretty user friendly. I did have to do multiple passes over tougher stains but it did make a difference.

For the price i got it gotta say its worth every penny

Geek squad protection makes returns easy after your product starts to have issues. Recommend for vacuums and appliances.
