I always get the Geek squad protection. As long as it’s less than 20% of the purchase price for a two year extended warranty. This has paidoff numerous times. It’s way easier to walk and get a brand new replacement, then wait to ship it to someone. Geek squad rocks.

Love this product. Clean amazing and love the self clean it can do afterwards. Also, the trap it has in the dirty water tank is great, it keeps hair and such separated from the water so its easier to clean out. The battery does die a little faster when using Turbo Mode. But overall, great product.

This is the protection plan for a great vacuum with no cords!! This is very efficient and I love the way it works. But I also have an extended warranty and Peace of Mind!

For everything I’ve heard about cordless vacuums…. I can say this one blows that all away. It’s light weight, and its suction is just as good as any corded vacuum I’ve owned. The dust detecting light is a great touch as well.

Havent needed the service (knock on wood) but im pleased to have the security especially understanding this is the most expensive vacuum ive ever owned.

I’m glad Best Buy have the option of buying this insurance that can grant longer warranty

You can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection plans. I hope I never have to use them, but if you do they’re easy to use and they don’t give you any grief. It’s a great way to easily get a replacement item in a timely manner without having to worry about paying for it in full. I’d highly recommend them to everyone.

Tge best vacuum i ever had regret gettrid of it , i’ve had dyson and this shark is as powerful, especially on rugs it leaves them very clean and great on hardwood floors

Great suction, but I would like the battery last longer

After purchasing and owning my V10 Dyson and owning it for over a year, I began to have some issues. I immediately began to troubleshoot my Dyson but unfortunately it began to get worse. My Dyson began to have battery and charging issues along with it not wanting to turn on at times with a full charge. Best Buy right away exchanged my Dyson for a new one out the box with no hassle. I definitely recommend the extended warranty.

I appreciate that the sales person offered the warranties. With something like a new vacuum that I'd never tried before, I decided to get the warranty. Nothing has happened to the vacuum and I am thoroughly pleased, and feeling secure in knowing if something happens to it, I'm covered. Geek Squad rocks!

I like Best Buy and I feel a sense of comfort with Geek Squad. I made this purchase over a year ago and I didn't have to use the warranty yet.

Unfortunately I had to use this protection plan for a vacuum I had purchased. I was pleased that my experience was hassle free and my purchase price was given back to me in the form of store credit! Will absolutely buy this protection again!

Love it, No more sweeping my hard wood floors. A little on the loud side compare to my last Roomba but I think that has to do with more suction power under the hood. My older Roomba didn't have the self empty feature which helps me out not getting dirt every when I empty the bin, big plus for me, After it cleans it mops the house is clean and everyone happy!
