purchased the Geek Squad Protection for my Animal Ball 2 vacuum and drive motor broke in less than a year. Completely replaced the vacuum with a new one, no hassle. Only complaint, had to repurchase protection for the new vacuum-- remainder of protection plan does not roll over. The new plan was more expensive for less time.

Excellent coverage! My sister recommended it. Haven’t used it but looks really easy to set up claim/service. Never had an issue with my previous claims. Confident about this product.

240$ and you forced me into a storefront where they decide if they want to ship it off to "repair" it for a huge lead time. Or give you a gift card to replace. This is crazy to me when asurion with amazon I don't even have to talk to someone they don't care they HONOR the CHEAPER than you warranty and ship before they even send you the return label to give them the broken product. So I have no down time. So I am wodering why you are still on pre-covid policies and haven't yet adapted to this new market.

Honestly the best protection I’ve come across couldn’t be easier they either fix it or replace it. I’ve replaced vacuums, iPads, and appliances. When you have the protection your stress free.

Israel was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He mounted the device and then showed me how to work it.

I love buying things from Best Buy, because it gives me the added protection of replacing my items if anything goes wrong with it. I bought this for my brand new Dyson Vacuum, for peace of mind in case anything goes wrong (the vacuum was over $500).

Great protection, had an issue with my vacuum and Bestbuy replaced it with a newer vacuum at no additional cost, would recommend their coverage services.

Works really good especially with pet hair. The self cleaning function is such a great bonus .

I Love my Robotic Vacuum as it does a good job of cleaning my floors with very little effort on my part but emptying the dust bin. I have not used the floor washing system although I did purchase the washing pads.

Purchased this plan as part of a new cordless vacuum purchase. I've had these plans in the past and I've ended needing them so I've been fortunate. They're awesome when you have something go wrong with the product. I'm very happy with this product.

This unit is very powerful and practical. The versatility of the unit cones in handy when cleaning all over the house, evn the car. Worth the price!!! Only drawback i can say is the lack of storage for accessories.
