I like this product! I am getting up there in age and have Arthritis very bad so it is hard and painful to move around like I use to so it is nice for this!

Definitely worth the money in my opinion for the Dyson. I’ve had minor issues with previous Dyson models and Best Buy has always exchanged them for a new one. It’s good to know you won’t get a refurbished one as long as your warranty has not expired.

Overall I am happy to have purchased the insurance. Just incase as I use the Tineco daily and have no issues as I am covered.

What a great purchase its very lightweight and due to being wireless its so easy to go from one room to another very time saving and efficient. Its dust suction is very powerful, its absolutely impressive. Would definitely recommend.

haven’t used it yet, but the price of this compared to a replacement is worth it. Especially the length of time offered.

I like The display allows me to see the battery usage, allowing me to better plan my cleaning time. Very good!

Dont know if this is the replacement plan but if it is then its great! Any problems with what you bought is replaced no questions asked. Other protrctions plans useless.

It was great as in it replaced a broken vacuum right away no hassle. Just know a 5yr plan is not transferred to the new one and it can only be used once. It's not as many times as needed in five yrs.
