Always nice to have this for any accidental breaks. Doesn’t cost an arm and a leg so if you’re paying $200+ for something why wouldn’t you add this on?

I would not make an appliance purchase without the Geek Squad service protection.

I only buy appliances at Best Buy. Because of the Geek Squad. I know the my 6-year-old child computer will be protected whenever life happens to it. Best Buy will replace the item if they can not fix. That's why i love their protection plan.

The agent told me that the vacuum cleaner would be replaced with a new one if any part of the vacuum cleaner stops working or breaks, such as the rollers stop turning. I thought purchasing the 5 year plan was worth the peace of mind.

I always purchase Geek Squad Protection. It is the best warranty on the market. I can make large purchases with the confidence that, if my item “messes up” or “breaks” it will be repaired or replaced without any problems.

There are some things I won't purchase without Extended protection. Many times the protection has paid for itself. The new battery operated devices can malfunction and with this protection they either fix it or replace it.

Never leave without purchasing a protection plan. They really come in handy whenever there’s an issue with your product. Easy to exchange and coverage is great.

Always get the warranty they will fix or give u a new one if the parts is not available

It’s alway a good idea to buy extended warranties, as u never know when a device will quit working. I’ve had to use them many times and I’ve never had a problem getting my money back to buy a new item.

Was skeptical at first but this does the trick. We have a dog who sheds quite often and this does the job.

Upgrades from 3 year old v10 that kicked the bucket to the v15. Worth every penny

It does really work but I’m returning it just cause for me it’s faster just to sweep and dry mop by hand. Also I don’t have the space for it. It can take almost a full day to do 1 room. I wonder if it just keeps going until it needs to go back to the charging dock. So it will keep going even after the floor looks clean.

A worthwhile investment, I’ve used this when the charging battery goes bad and the exchange process was seamless!

I use this for my pets and it is the best quickest cleanup vacuum on the market. Has its own self cleaning mode and tells you how dirty the floor is!!
