Always great to get the protection plan, as long as they are offering I'm buying. No doubt.

I recommend people buy protection for your devices because you never know.

I bought my hydrovac and the 3-year protection plan. A month later, my Shark hydrovac broke down. I went to Best Buy, and they replaced it but canceled my protection plan. Their argument was that it had already been used and that I need to buy another protection plan. A huge scam. No one should ever have to go through this

Accidents happen... much better than having to spend another 350 on a new vacuum!

The plan is kind of pricey. But it protects it for 5 years . So well see how it goes.

I never buy a product from Best Buy without getting the warranty. I recommend always buying the warranty on the Dyson products as we have had to use it in the past. Dyson 2 year warranty isn’t near long enough.

Excellent service worth every penny my carpet cleaner stopped working and it was replaced no questions asked.

Not sure but we buy it. Never know when things might happen and we have very bad luck so it never hurts.

The replacement plan is so effective because I can easily swap inside the store at customer service without hassle.

If you don’t get Geek Squad protection then it’s on you! Get it, because if not. You would have to fork up another lump sum to buy a whole new device or in my case a very expensive vacuum.

Returned my little green clean machine because the hose split at the connection. Because I had geek squad, the return was quick and easy! Highly recommend this wonderful service!

I got it in case anything happens to the product. It gives me a peace of mind knowing it is covered with a warranty. I know Best Buy warranty is good to have, knowing it will be repaired or replaced.

I Would recommend this to anyone. It was a lifesaver when the cord got severed on my brand new vacuum cleaner. Best Buy was very helpful and it was easy to return the old vacuum cleaner for a new one.
