The protection plans are great they protect the product no question ask. I have replaced items up to two years old and got a brand new one for free with warranty.

It was a good vacuum cleaner until it doesn’t suck anymore. I had a coverage so they accepted my vacuum and gave full refund via store credit.

Fortunately I have not needed to use the service, I purchased it as protection for my cleaning robot.

Love how well it cleans i will say wish it had more capacity for dirty water before it needs to be dumped. Otherwise great product with good results

Haven’t had to use the geek squad protection plan until now and it was so easy. Brought in my old vacuum and they let me exchange for the same item or upgrade and pay the difference.

Highly recommend you purchase it. Worth the expense on high end items.
