I got this when I purchaced my first vacuum. After a couple years of good use from the vacuum, it finally wasn’t lasting as long. This warranty covered us and we got a brand new vacuum.

I would definitely recommend getting the 5 year insurance if you get a vacuum like I did because most vacuums come with the standard 2 yr or 3 yr warranty and this would be so beneficial in the long especially if something happens to your equipment after the 3 year mark, you never know!

Sometimes Geek squad protection doesn't make sense to buy and sometimes it does. I think it does here. I've used it before, and there's usually no hassle.

Geek squad is something I always recommend to to add as a protection to your products.

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

Service is excellent. So happy we have this. Best Buy is super for support.

I purchased 5 year accidental Geek Squad Protection for an expensive flat screen TV set. Haven't had to use this protection on this set, but knowing I have it gives me peace of mind!
