I always purchase the replacement plans from Geek Squad. They make so much easier then having to deal with the manufacture and the typically replace it with no questions asked.

This protection is the best, I brought a vacuum in and they gave me a giftcard for the full amount I paid for it to put towards a new vacuum!!!

Just received this put it together (followed video's and used it a few times. Works as advertised. Floors are nice and clean and cleaning the unit after use is a breeze.

This vacuum is very strong it can pick up everything, also it's very easy to clean. I love the electric cable is so long, I don't need to connect it in every room.

can never go wrong when you purchase the extra protection because sometime accidents do happen and on the bright side - at least you will be covered.

Best Buy Has The Best Warranty’s and The Longest Warranty’s. I Have Checked Out The Extended Warranty’s At Other Stores And Best Buy Gives You The Longest on there Merchandise.

I had the vacuum for some time and the hose for my portable carpet cleaner ended up splitting open. Best Buy immediately replaced the unit with a new one.
