This works perfectly but there was an issue with it. It was already defected and a brand new one that I just got. It has four different attachments and it was hard to connect together like it would get stuck. If I wanted to change attachments I have to force it out.

This protection plan was used to replace a vacuum that had gone bad. Employee helped me out big time! Got me a better vacuum I liked much more because the one I was trying to replace wasn't being sold anymore. I love my new vacuum so much more than my older one. Thanks so much Best Buy/Geek Squad!

Glad we had it as after 1yr our Roomba died. I have purchased the added perform Best Buy’s in the past and they have been great. Would recommend.

My robot is a good duster. Of course it doesn’t do an immaculate job and can’t get all the nooks and crevices. Overall I appreciate the dust it helps pick up & I don’t have to sweep daily anymore which gives me time to tackle another thing. The bad side is the robot doesn’t always connect to the charging base so I have to place it on manually after I notice it didn’t sweep that day & I do clean the charging areas w/a me clean magic eraser.

Very good to have the protection to replace any items you buy.

I just told my buddy you know we’re getting old when when you’re talking about vacuums you bought your wife and now here I am reviewing it lol…. But I had to. My wife LOVES this vacuum! Self cleaning, super powerful, she rates it 100 out of 10! Great appliance! Great protection plan. All-around A+ HIGHLY recommend!!

Great product works well on carpet and floors, battery life could be improved.

Fantastic vacuum. Came from a Shark which died within a year. Could not be happier with the suction power of the Dyson along with the light weight handling it has.

You never know if something will give out after. Manufactured 1-year warranty. Companies don’t make things to last like they used to.

Best purchase you can make when purchasing an appliance! I recently had a Shark vacuum die on me and took it in to have it serviced in-store, they were unable to repair it as it's a model that shark no longer makes so I was refunded the full amount I had paid. It was a quick and easy, no hassle experience. I'll keep making future appliance purchases through Best Buy as long as they keep up the great customer service.

We have a tri-level home with an open floor plan. Having 4 kids and pets, I was constantly struggling to keep up with the crumbs, spills and dirt tracked in. Heaven has been a lifesaver. No more plugging and unplugging from room to room and winding up the cord to go upstairs and down. I just grab and go. They even use it in the car. It works great. We did have a good clogged up and it started making a very loud noise but it was pretty easy to remedy. Overall on. Very satisfied
