TRICKY 3 YEAR PROTECTION

The exchange was very easy but I was very irritated that the warranty doesn’t roll over to the new unit. Best Buy makes you purchase the warranty again. This isn’t fair and is completely greedy. Your car warranty doesn’t stop after having to use it to fix a factory default, neither should this warranty. If they continue this practice then the price of the warranty should be reduced by 75%.

I bought a BobSweep Dustin and the navigation was messed up after tasking it to mop. I took the unit to fix it but they told me the choice was to replace it, lost the Geek Squad protection because of this. I won't buy any more of these protections.
